Tantric massage is a sensual ritual which includes elements of tantra, tao, classic massage, thai massage and energy work. It has firm structure but also leaves space for individual adjustments for the receiver: gentle vs firm, slow vs dynamic, for male vs female and so on. It may include the genital massage and mostly both the receiver and the giver are naked.

Are internationally recognized teachers in the area of intimate partnerships, sexuality with awareness and holistic (tantric) massage. They have been teaching, in the form of courses each lasting several days at a time, since 2002, during which period thousands of people have benefitted from their instruction. They are regarded as the main representatives and pioneers of holistic massage in the Czech Republic. In their groups you will find a totally relaxed atmosphere while they touch on vitally important themes with their love-filled sense of humor.

The Art of Touch

Learn the art of touching via a healing ritual combining elements of tantric and tao massage, which awaken the life force of love and joy. The Art of Touch is a lovely, liberating ritual for the awakening of the physical body as well as the energetic body. The course is suitable for everyone - both beginners as well as for those who are more experienced, for couples as well as for individuals.

The Art of Touch includes:

- What is a tantric ritual and how to create one.

- Massage with soft objects - helps to free the mind of the recipient, whom it fills with energy.

- Massage with oil and hot washclothes - deeply relaxing the body.

- Principles of the opening up of the recipient via touching filled with love.

- The influence of tantric massage on our lives and how to make the best use of it.

- The Art of Touch as a spa treatment.

Yoni and Lingam

In this course we familiarize you with our approach to intimate massage for both men and women, including the differences in the expectations of members of these two sexes and in the way they perceive their experiencing of intimate massage. The old saying, "Do to the other what feels good to you," namely does not apply in the area of intimacy, because men and women are different from each other. Simply said, female sexuality supports love-filled presence and patience, whereas a man´s heart opens itself to the entry of sexual energy.

Tantric massage respects these differences and its approach adapts itself accordingly, both in its choreography and in the character of the touching.

We will introduce you also to the therapeutic effects of different types of massage, including the possibilty of using them for the healing of sexual and gynecological wounds and injuries.

Men learn, with the help of breathing techniques, to turn their own sexual excitement into something they experience throughout their whole bodies.

In the course Yoni and Lingam you will learn:

- Differences in approach between the intimate touching of men and women.

- Differences between the sexual wishes and way of experiencing of men and women.

- How to massage both the female and male genital organs: Yoni and Lingam (lecture, demonstration, practical exercise).

- Working with awareness with one´s own sexual energy, the spreading of pleasure throughout the body.

- The chance to undergo therapy and healing in cases of psychological and/or other health difficulties.

- The practical use of sexual energy in one´s life (inspiration, projects…).

I was raised up in Afrikaans Protestant culture, and am grateful for parents who raised me with significant freedom in my early years. My first immersion into meditation practice came through the Christian Mystical tradition, for which I have deep appreciation. Tai Chi and yoga taught me the beauty of presence in the body, and how to follow the wisdom of the body-mind. Dancing, and particularly Biodanza, really opened me to the passion that flows through our cells, and that enables such deep creativity. Life also brought me significant work with Shamanism (Native American, Celtic and African traditions), which opened my eyes to the multi-dimensionality of our world, and the worlds beyond.

At the end of 2001 I had a series of experiences that made is clear to me that my life I about only one thing: awareness, awakening – and that catapulted me into my path as a Tantrika. Through visions I was told that my real name is Shakti, and that this name carried the direction of my work in the world*. Then followed four years of deep immersion in spiritual practice. Like the old Christian desert fathers, I went to live in the desert for a while, and went through a significant dissolving of self. Here my Tantra practice started. In 2003, I met Leslie Temple Thurston**, an Advaita*** teacher whose processing and meditation techniques have radically changed my life.

My attention kept being pulled back to Tantra work, and I had the opportunity to work with several teachers – from the Healing Tao tradition of Mantak Chia, and from the Neo Tantra tradition of Osho. Finally I met Rahasya, who has been my master in this field, and the one who initiated me into the practicing life of a Tantrika. From the day I started seeing clients and running workshops, a new blossoming occurred in my life – a deep knowing that I am following my dharma, and a gratitude for the totality of presence that this work brings. I have a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology, practice also as a social sustainability specialist, and am a trained teacher and process work psychology facilitator.
